Inspired by the outdoor therapy movement in San Diego, I introduced this style of session to Sydney seven years ago as a different way to process emotions, gain perspective and create change.

Each one-hour outdoor session combines Holistic Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Health and Wellness Coaching and personalised lifestyle guidance, including nutrition and wellbeing strategies. It is particularly valuable for people who feel more comfortable opening up while moving, and for anyone who finds traditional therapy settings intimidating.
