As an Accredited Holistic Counsellor, Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, Reiki Master, Pranic Healing Practitioner and Accredited Health & Wellness Coach, I provide an integrated approach for anxiety, stress, burnout, emotional overwhelm, confidence challenges, life transitions and personal growth.

Based in Sydney, my work blends evidence-based therapeutic strategies with holistic wellbeing practices to support the mind, body and emotional connection. Do you offer online and remote sessions?

You have the freedom to choose the type of support that feels right for you. I offer both face-to-face sessions in the beautiful Bayside area of Sydney and secure online video consultations for clients across Australia and internationally. Remote sessions are just as effective as in-person ones for many modalities, including counselling and CBT.

How many sessions will I need?

This varies for each person. Some clients experience meaningful shifts in just a few sessions, while others benefit from ongoing support over several months. We'll discuss your goals and create a plan that feels right for you, with the flexibility to adjust as you progress.

Is everything we discuss confidential?

Yes. Everything shared in our sessions remains completely confidential. I adhere to strict professional ethics and privacy standards, so you can feel safe knowing our conversations are private and protected.
