Do you offer online and remote sessions?

I offer both face-to-face sessions in the beautiful Bayside area of Sydney and secure online video consultations for clients across Australia and internationally. Remote sessions are just as effective as in-person ones for many modalities, including counselling and CBT.
How many sessions will I need?
This varies for each person. Some clients experience meaningful shifts in just a few sessions, while others benefit from ongoing support over several months. We'll discuss your goals and create a plan that feels right for you, with the flexibility to adjust as you progress.
